  • WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
    We are located in Murrieta, CA. 41785 Elm Street #305 Murrieta, CA 92562
  • ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE IN THE USA?
    Yes, all of our products are made in our California facility.
  • HOW TO GET STARTED?
    Click on the blue Login icon at the top right of the page. Create a Free Account: Your First name Your Last Name Your Email Address and a Password
  • DO YOU OFFER A NET 30 OPTION?
    No, our business model is strictly pre-payment. If you don't like seeing multiple charges on your credit card, we do offer Pre-Paid cards. We do accept many forms of online payments, such as Credit Cards Paypal
  • WHAT IS YOUR CUT-OFF TIME?
    Our cut-off time is 12:00pm PST. Monday through Friday excluding Holidays.
  • WHAT DOES THE CUT-OFF TIME APPLY TO?
    The Cut-off time applies to any of our milling services. Ultimately, submitting an order before the cut-off time may result in your order being shipped a day earlier. For Example: A Cad Ready STL file submitted before the cut-off will get milled the same day. However, a case that needs to be designed as well, "Upload Jaw Scans - Design Service" submitted before the cut-off time will be designed the same day, milled the next business day.
  • WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME?
    Generally cases that were submitted before 12 will be milled the same day and shipped out the following day. However, full arch cases and cases that require options such as designing or stain and glaze will take extra days. Always consider those days and shipping time also.
  • CAN I UPLOAD CAD READY (DESIGNED) STL FILES?
    Yes, on any milling prescription the field that states "Upload STL" is for CAD Ready STL Files. You do not need to upload the order files, XML Documents. The only file we need is the STL of the restoration.
  • DO YOU ACCEPT MODEL WORK?
    Yes. In the prescription, please select "Ship Models". This indicates that you are shipping models for Scan and Design. Note: Please ensure your models are poured, die trimmed, and articulated.
  • DO YOU ACCEPT TRADITIONAL IMPRESSIONS?
    Yes. We accept traditional impressions.
  • DO YOU ACCEPT INTRA-ORAL SCANS FROM THEIR PORTAL?
    Yes, you may refer to our initial setup page on our menu under "Send A Case > Intraoral Scanners" Trios by 3Shape 3M True Definition Carestream Medit iTero Element Cerec by Sirona
  • DO YOU ACCEPT SCAN FILES FOR DESIGN AND MILLING
    Yes, we do. On the "Digital Design Service" page you will be able to upload your .stl files into the form. Click submit when done. On both the "Milling Service" and "Printing Service" pages you will be prompted to "Proceed To Upload" when all the necessary selections are made for your order. Once you click on "Proceed To Upload" from the product page, a side pop-up will appear showing you your total and another "Proceed To Upload" button. Click the button and you will be taken to the checkout page. *NOTE* The checkout page will read "BEFORE PROCEEDING TO CHECKOUT" (in red) followed by "STEP 1 UPLOAD CASE" and "STEP 2 CHECKOUT". Fill the form in "STEP 1 UPLOAD CASE" first and upload your milling / printing files. Once completed click submit. You now will proceed to "STEP 2 CHECKOUT" to complete your order.
  • CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM ABUTMENT AND A CROWN?
    Yes, we offer custom abutment and crown services on both our "Milling Service" and "Digital Design Service". To reach these pages, hover over "Services" on the dropdown menu at the top of the page and click according to the desired page.
  • DO YOU OFFER PORCELAIN LAYERING?
    Yes, you may take the traditional route to send us impressions or scans. We can make the models or print the models to work on these types of cases.
  • CAN I BULK UPLOAD MY CAD READY STL FILES?
    Yes, but please let us know before you upload.
  • DO YOU OFFER DESIGN ONLY SERVICES?
    Yes, our design only services can be found on our "Digital Design Service" under the "Services" dropdown menu on the top of the page.
  • WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?
    Tracking numbers are provided upon request.
  • CAN I DOWNLOAD MY INVOICES?
    In your Account page, you will see all of your orders. You will be able to print your invoices from there. Forms submitted under "Send Digital Impressions" and "Digital Design Service" pages will be emailed to you.
  • CAN I CHANGE OR UPDATE MY ADDRESS?
    Yes, In your account page you will find a header stating ADDRESS. Click to View and Edit Addresses.
  • DO YOU PROVIDE SHIPPING LABELS?
    Yes, customers can request shipping labels by providing us their email addreses. You can also reach us at 951-552-5865 or email us at designerdentalarts@gmail.com.
  • DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
    No, we ship domestic - United States and to Canada.
