Tooth borne

Surgical Stent

Generally used for single unit(s) implant cases, the stent is seated on adjacent teeth.

Once used with the correct technique, it will guide the implant drill to the best position, angulation and depth.

Our Implant Specialist can analyze your case and determine the best implant position for optimal safety and the optimal restorative outcome. You have unlimited input via 3D planning reports or a live session using online screen sharing software (TeamViewer or AnyDesk). We need the CT scan and model/intra-oral optical scan to proceed.

Bone Supported

surgical stent

This stent is generally indicated for cases that require significant bone reduction/planning.

Tissue needs to be flapped before fixing the stent on the bone. This stent is generally ordered with bone reduction guide.

Edentulous Surgical Stent

This stent is generally indicated for overdenture and/or all on x fixed restoration cases. It's built on

edentulous arches with fixation pins.

We need separate CT scan with radio opaque scan appliance (such as denture with radio-opaque materials in it) for accurate alignment (triple scan technique. Click below for more information.

Bone Reduction

Guide

This guide is used to provide guidance to the amount of bone to remove in order to reach wide enough bone ridge for placing implants.

It is fixed on the bone. A surgical stent can be placed on top of the bone reduction guide to continue with the implant placement after bone reduction is performed.
