CARESTREAM DENTAL

Initial Set Up for Carestream 

  • Visit Carestream Connect on your scanner and search for Designer Dental Arts or search the email caleb4810@hotmail.com. 

  • Add Designer Dental Arts. 

  • Select Designer Dental Arts when submitting files. 

  • Email Designer Dental Arts at caleb4810@hotmail.com

CEREC BY SIRONA

Initial Set Up for CEREC Omnicam 

  • Create Account or Log in to your CEREC account. 

  • Select “MY CEREC CONNECT.” 

  • Type “Designer Dental Arts” in the box for Company Name and click FIND. 

  • Check the box to the bottom left for “Designer Dental Arts.” 

  • Click ADD to complete the registration.

Initial Set Up for iTero Element 

  • Call Align Technologies at 800-577-8767 and select option 1.

  • Request that Designer Dental Arts is added to your scanner, and identify our lab using our phone number: 951-552-5865.

  • After Designer Dental Arts has been added, restart your scanner.

  • After connecting to us as a lab, select Designer Dental Arts on your scanner when sending files.

Configure Communicate Page Set Up

 

  • Click the Add Lab button.

  • You will be redirected to the 3Shape Communicate website. You can add a lab by opening the Connections page. Click Add Connection and search for Designer Dental Arts.

  • Designer Dental Arts will accept the add request. (Please call if you need to expedite)

  • Return to the Configure Communicate page and click Refresh.

 

Direct Connect Set Up

  • Click Lab Connections

  • Click Add New Direct Connect Lab

  • Enter Designer Dental Arts and the folder path designerdentalarts@gmail.com

  • Click Test Settings to make sure that all is correct.

  • Click Refresh on the labs page, and Designer Dental Arts will appear on the lab list.

Initial Set Up for Medit Link Workflow

  • Search for Designer Dental Arts to set up a partnership with.

  • Type in the Designer Dental Arts in the search bar then click on the “Request Partnership” button.

  • We (the partner) will accept your request.

  • Once Designer Dental Arts accepts your request, we both will be listed as partners on our respective accounts.

  • Sending orders to Designer Dental Arts can now commence.

  • Initial Set Up for 3M 

  • Call 3M support at 800-634-2249, and select option 3.

  • Select option 1 and request Designer Dental Arts to be added to your scanner.

  • 3M will then confirm with Designer Dental Arts and add connection remotely.
