Zirconia restorations have come a long way.

When I saw the zirconia restoration for the first time, it was ridiculously unaesthetic and would not recommend to my doctors.

With new development of those translucent zirconia, I can confidently recommend it to any doctor for most of the posterior works. When those materials are coupled with great design and stain and glaze technique, it looks authentic and exhibit vitality of natural dentition.
