This service is only for milling the zirconia abutment part. The customer is reponsible to obtain the ti-base and cementing. Upon customers request, we can obtain the ti-base and cement the abutment at extra charge. Please inquire by calling us for estimate. 
 
Disclaimer: We only guarantee that the milling will be completed according to the design. Settings in the cement gaps and path of insertion could affect the fit of the crown. Any remakes for these reasons will be charged in full.
